Yes it is not a problem, our quoting system is super fast an accurate so you can work if if we are the right fit for you.
Do I keep the Designs you created?
If you have paid us to create a logo it’s your IP. Please note this does not apply to event designs, jersey designs, due to the amount of work that goes into ensuring you receive the best BMX product within the Industry. If you really like something we have custom designed we are happy to discuss a fair price. We include all file formats, so you never have an Art issue again.
Are you a BMX Racing Team?
As much as we love creating BMX products we enjoy mentoring & supporting a few local BMX riders, offering an environment where they get to ride there own race with the right support. Phirebird is always watching so keep being your best everyday.
Do you have our Club logo on File?
If we have supported your BMX Club already would most defiently would. If not we offer a fast Logo Re-drawing service for logos that are not in the best shape or available in the required file format. If you dont have a logo yet, even better we have affordable logo packages to suit.
How do I re-order?
Re-ordering can be done through email, text or phone call. Mellisa will gather the details and arrange final approval documentation to ensure we have got everything correct. Re-orders with no additional charges providing no changes are required…

Who Owns the Artwork?
Phirebird is always designing to impress riders and the families that wish to invest in BMX Racing. Unless written and stated on paper Phirebird has official copyrights © ownership to all artwork that has been produced by our Team. We are happy to help and assist with your event as much as possible so let us know what you need.
Do you have a Retail Shop?
For many years we have tried extremely hard to keep BMX Progression with fine art and graphics that represent’s the BMX culture well. We are 100% online with many great things coming. We intend to make a lot of noise online soon.
Order Cancellations?
All Custom Work must be approved but the Client before we begin production. This ensures every job is completed as per the agreement. For online Shop Orders is the Product has already been dispatched you will have to pay freight expenses to return the goods. Or if payment has been processed via PayPal then the transaction fees will be deducted from the Refund.
What about Refunds?
For all Online Orders – except custom orders, we are happy to credit your returned Item. Customers are responsible for return freight expenses.

Turnarounds for Custom Gear
Phirebird have been improving our craft for over 20yrs. Each BMX Product requires different attention so we will have our official turnarounds listed on the approval documentation. We are proud of our track records of delivering professional BMX product on time every time.
Our Order Process
We supply a written quote, and if you like the offer, we arrange the samples, layouts, for approval.

- Artwork Mockups and design samples – 7 working Days
- Once Order Approved
- Artworks
- Sublimation Work 5-6wks
- Screen Printed Items 2-3wks
- Embroidered Products 2-3wks
- Awards – 7 working days
- Completed Orders are dispatched without Rush – standard freight fees apply.
- Express Deliveries available if needed – additional cost may apply.
Freight Services
Freight charges are based on Australia Post Delivery Services. We also use other freight companies for larger orders to ensure you always receive the best freight fees. If freight is required outside these options or if client arranges freight Phirebird does not take any responsibility once Your Order has left our premises.
Decoration Setups
All our finished products include setups that we absorb within the final costing to produce. Back in the day we would list this component but realised it confused the situation. In most cases, additional setups may apply to your project.
Due to the different decoration methods, some designs styles may require 2 x different setup’s to suit different size Caps, Bags, T-shirts.
Final Approve will State all this information.
Are your products durable?
We never stop trying to improve our Custom BMX Racing products. We only use the best materials, inks, processes to deliver consistently Rad BMX Products. Our products have been used on generations of BMX Athletes that have kept them looking stylish on social media and progressing to their best. We are only a phone call away if you have any problems that require our attention.
Freight Insured
We can have this arranged if required. Australia Post is a great option.
