Mel’s design work for the Hall of Fame Inductee plates was stunning. They are a work of art and something our BMX elite can treasure forever. She also completely designed the Sam Willoughby Medal, which exceeded our expectations in every way. Sam absolutely loved seeing his award come to life in the form of a prestigious medal. Our BMX club had an Open Meet this weekend and had a last minute request for Mel at Phirebird on late Friday afternoon (yes I was one of those client’s). Now living in the middle of no where means that usually we have to be prepared well in advanced to get mail on time but Mel was amazing and got the gear we needed sorted and into the mail and we received it on time and ready to hand out as prizes to our mini sprockets and sprockets who come top in their race this weekend all thanks to Mel at Phirebird! Thank you so much we are truly grateful and will post some pictures on our page soon.
Have been dealing with Phirebird at State level to supply plates and merchandise for the past 3yrs i can not fault their quality to detail, nothing is ever a issue, goods always arrive on time or even earlier than expected and the service is AAA ++ every single time. I contacted Mellisa at Phirebird a few weeks out from a major event needing an award that wasn’t just a trophy but similar. Mellisa come back with an idea and design within a day and the order ready to go within days.
Following this positive experience I checked if Phirebird could do merchandise for our BMX club and this was something they could do. We started working on designs with Mellisa being so accommodating to all of my requests/suggestions. I wanted the merchandise to be perfect and Mellisa helped me achieve that. We ended up we awesome hats, beanies, drink bottles and bags that our club members love!
In between and around organising all of the merchandise Phirebird also designed participation certificates and ribbons as well as awesome looking trophies for our mid-year awards and end of year presentation. The feedback I received from our members was that these were the best trophies they had received. Mellisa had the certificates, which included awesome novelty cheque’s, and the trophies designed and sent within less then 2 weeks.
Mellisa also recently design a logo for our new club mascot. I provided her with the name of the mascot and basic picture of what we had in mind and she bought this to life with an awesome logo.
It has been excellent working with Mellisa and Phirebird throughout the year. They are reliable and deliver an excellent product with an outstanding level of service. This has made my role as a volunteer at a sporting club much easier and less stressful when trying to organise awards and club merchandise.
I am looking forward to another exciting year of working with Mellisa and Phirebird.
